It could be as simple as going for a little walk, treating ourselves to a face mask, or hanging out with friends. The key is realising that we deserve some "me" time. This shift in mindset helps us find inner peace and balance in our lives.

In today's world, especially through social media, it almost feels like there is an expectation for us to work hard and exercise every single day. But guess what?
