As our LinkedIn Social Media Manager, you will implement our social media strategy in order to boost visibility, engagement and community. You will be working across Instagram and LinkedIn.

 

Social media management is a highly important role within an organisation as you are solely responsible for maintaining our brand identity, mission and values online as well as acting as the bridge between our brand and our community.

Core responsibilities: 

  • Oversee our LinkedIn Channels

  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

  • Manage reach and engagement of social media content to grow our community

  • Monitor SEO and  metrics of our Mindless Mag Instagram and website

  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

  • Oversee charity and responsible brand campaign management

  • Drive positive social and environmental change through out monthly campaigns



 

Must-Have:

  • Experience working with social media in a professional context with hands-on experience at every stage of the content management lifecycle (creation, scheduling, publishing, execution and optimisation of content)

  • Excellent communication skills, adept at copywriting with the ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) within brand guidelines 

  • An analytical eye with attention to detail and solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

  • Passionate about social and environmental issues 

  • Portfolio of visual work
