Social Justice

In the month of September, we'll be exploring the topic of Social Justice 💪

According to humanrightscareers.com, justice is the concept of fairness. Social justice is fairness as it manifests in society. This societal umbrella includes fairness in healthcare, employment, housing, equality, and more. Social justice actively seeks solutions to inequality and advocates for positive change within a community and country so that everybody has access to the same provisions, opportunities, and freedom. The overall goal is to arrive at a world in which we see full and equal participation of all groups in a society that is mutually shaped to meet their needs.
